Hailee Golden MSN, RN
Master’s Prepared Registered Nurse | Certified Injector | Clinical Leader
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and 15 years as a nurse, Hailee Golden is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals at all stages of life. Over the years, she has advanced through various roles, including LPN and Registered Nurse. Hailee earned her Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) in 2012 from the University of Rio Grande, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2015 from the University of Rio Grande. In 2021, she completed a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Clinical Leadership from the University of South Alabama.
Currently, Hailee is pursuing a Post-Graduate Certificate in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to further enhance her ability to provide comprehensive care across the lifespan. Much of her professional background has been focused on community health in the home setting, where she has provided post-acute services such as wound care, home IV therapy, medication management, and end-of-life care. These experiences have equipped Hailee with a deep understanding of the holistic needs of patients in their most familiar and comfortable environment—their homes.
As she transitions later in her career, Hailee is shifting focus to wellness-centered services, aiming to help individuals achieve optimal health and well-being. In addition to clinical work, she is a certified injector, expanding her skills to include aesthetic and wellness treatments.
Outside of her professional life, Hailee enjoys hiking, swimming, kayaking, and exploring beautiful places—experiences that help her stay grounded and connected to the natural world.
Dr. Brady Scott Steineck
Medical Director
Dr. Brady Steineck is a board-certified family physician passionate about primary care and aesthetics. With over 15 years of medical experience, he supervises and collaborates daily with RNs, PAs, and NPs, caring for a large primary care patient population. As the owner of Adela Medical Spa in Canton for over two years, he is dedicated to seeing patients and overseeing estheticians, RNs, and NPs in aesthetic treatments.
Dr. Steineck’s love for dermatology naturally led him into aesthetics, where he regularly performs Botox/Dysport injections, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, IPL, Morpheus8 RF microneedling, Sculptra, mole removals, and lesion excisions. His expertise extends to hormone replacement therapy and medical weight loss, enhancing patient wellness beyond aesthetics.
In his primary care practice, he supervises an RN and four NPs, caring for a panel of 4,000 patients while mentoring NP and medical students. At Adela Medical Spa, he oversees multiple providers, fostering a collaborative learning environment where providers work together to refine their skills. Dr. Steineck’s dedication to patient-centered care, education, and innovation makes him a highly respected leader in primary care and aesthetic medicine.
